Wired Connection working with access point but wireless connections gives a failed to obtain IP address error

Hi everyone, I've been trying to connect to the wireless connection on the access point I made with an old router.

I've got 2 levels in my house and wanted the wireless connection to be better on the top level.

The primary router is in the garage which is connected by FTTP. I have a powerline adapter which connects the ethernet cables from the garage to the 2nd level.

The primary router's IP is 192.168.0.1 and I have made it such that the second router's IP is 192.168.0.2 and disabled DHCP server. I have changed the SSID and password as well. The channel for the primary router is 1 and the secondary router is 6.

I followed the instructions from this youtube videohttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n3plXzZ1Ckc&t=597s

Is there anything else I can do to have the wifi work?

Thanks for all your help!
