Description of problem
When using the Windows Camera app it works fine. The light is lit and I can see myself. When I go into Vantage(New lenovo settings) I see myself also and it is working all great! But when I go into apps like Discord, ManyCam, or an online webcam tester, the light is lit, but I only see black. I checked privacy settings and that is all fine. I should be able to see myself in discord, manycam, or any online webcam tester just fine.
When this issue began
It could have gone a while back without me noticing, I finally tried using the camera at December 31 today.

Went into the chatroom and talked with some people about it. I am about to do a Clean Boot and am going to see how that will go.
