Happy New Year's Eve.
I cannot seem to download folders from my WD MyCloud Home. I can download individual files.
I have stable wifi-hotspot internet connection...and that's about all I got. I tried researching it, and it doesn't seem like anything is helpful.

You will be able to see that folders cannot be downloaded, but individual files can. That also goes for me, the controller of the cloud.
