Damaged component labeled "4R7" on motherboard

I was changing my graphics card, and I think I might've damaged a component on my motherboard labeled "4R7" on my motherboard (Asus P8V77-V pro). I'm not sure if this is what caused it, but after changing my graphics card, my PC turns on but doesn't go to the BIOS or startup, and a red light labeled "CPU_LED" goes on. Does anyone know what this part does, and how I could replace it? I don't even know if this is what caused my problem, but it's the only thing I can think of after I tried changing my graphics card to the old one, unplugging the power cable and the CPU's power cables, etc.
