Best way to restore/reinstall Windows 10 to an Ubuntu PC

I recently attempted to dual-boot my PC (Windows 10 with Ubuntu). Ubuntu worked fine, but I must have messed up somewhere because Windows started complaining about Secure Boot settings being changed, thus locking me out of my Windows. I didn't have a Bitlocker key, and my PC was not associated with a Microsoft account in any way.

So, I deleted the main Windows partition. My GRUB boot options still had Windows in it, though, and apparently moving my Ubuntu partition could cause problems, so I did a clean install of Ubuntu.

The current state of my computer is: Lubuntu 17.10 The ghost of a Windows 10 installation in my GRUB, which when selected tells me that my Windows drive is not connected (obviously).

I would really like to have Windows back. What is the best course of action? Should I attempt to install Windows 10 cleanly with an .iso? Will GRUB still be there? Will I face more problems?

Thanks for the help!
