I've accomplished my weight loss goal - should I stop tracking?

Hey guys - I'm trying to figure out whether I should stop tracking my calories on a daily basis and just check in with weight every few days.I've been tracking calorie intake for 540 days (LoseIt app) consecutively, maybe some minor omissions here and there but overall pretty faithfully keeping intake. Now I've accomplished my goal - I'm down to a "healthy" BMI and I weigh my high school weight. Is there guidance or are there best thoughts and practices about what to do in terms of tracking now? I don't want to become (or maybe remain) neurotic about this in an unhealthy way mentally. It's not been obsessive but it's been dutiful. My kids have made comments sitting at the table and pulled up imaginary smartphones on their hands to "log their nutrition" or "enter their calories," and I don't want to give them a complex (they're pre-school aged boys). But I also don't want to sacrifice the progress I've made.Anyone have notions for healthy ways to maintain but not obsess?
