Wired Connection working with access point but wireless connections gives a failed to obtain IP address error

Hi everyone, I've been trying to connect to the wireless connection on the access point I made with an old router. I've got 2 levels in my house and wanted the wireless connection to be better on the top level. The primary router is in the garage which is connected by FTTP. I have a powerline adapter which connects the ethernet cables from the garage to the 2nd level. The primary router's IP is 192.168.0.1 and I have made it such that the second router's IP is 192.168.0.2 and disabled DHCP server. I have changed the SSID and password as well. The channel for the primary router is 1 and the secondary router is 6. Opinions and Estimated Release Dates

This is my 3rd blog about the long awaited, but perfected game we all know and love... and thats Brawl Stars. The Supercell team has come a long way in perfecting, tweaking, and polishing major components in the game and are still making very useful changes as you are reading this post. I will try to go over some of my opinions on this general topic and hopefully don't startle or anger anyone reading this general post. This is my opinion, and please comment down some of your opinions below as well.Now, the Supercell team has been working on Brawl Stars since of late June (a near 6-7 months) perfecting and fixing important components of the game. Clash of Clans had a brief beta time of at least 2 months as well as Clash Royale, because the Supercell team didn't know how the influx of players the server could hold after android release, but to their amazement, it helped the process and goes global a month or so later. Supercell wants their games to remain #1 in the market. Period...
