Description of problem
Not sure why it takes so long for stuff to respond. For example attempting to open onedrive, click on start button, etc...Programs hang and freeze right when I open them. It can takes 20 seconds for app i clicked to open. I did add a second monitor, not sure if that can cause issues. Some apps stay frozen and I can't anything on the app itself. Have to force close it.Even weirder the start button won't work, I click it and nothing happens. I'm in chrome and don't notice anything weird, it seems to be one of the apps that actually works. I had Avast antivirus and scanned my system, nothing was found wrong. For now have to Ctrl alt delete and select shut down.
When this issue began
After an update and added 2nd monitor, can't think of much else that changed.
Recurring issue
No

Cause/Steps to recreate the issue
I literally just boot up and it's already happening.
What I've tried so far to resolve the issue
Rebooting, scanning PC for virus.
