I have successfully installed a new SSD on my ASUS laptop and cloned my Windows 10 OS to it, as well as the rest of the data on my hard drive.
I cannot, however, boot from the SSD. I tried changing the boot settings in BIOS, but my new drive doesn't show up in the boot settings. I tried using f-12, f-8, f-10, and del to open up the boot menu, but none of those keys work.
I've been at this for hours now and I'm tearing my hair out. How do I get my laptop to boot from the SSD?
Update: I've successfully located the boot menu with the esc key, but it only shows options that take me to standard HDD boot or the BIOS, which so far has been a dead end.
