[Question] Can you run a 40% MK via micro USB with a smartphone? Do you know good 40% for travel that are shippable to Germany?

Hey!I played around with some USB C adaptes and connected a mouse to my One Plus Two phone and it worked. Is it possible to run a MK with the power that the phone offers? And do you know some good, and maby relatively quiet 40% boards for travel.I saw the Vortrex core and liked it but i cant afford the 120 Euros / Around 150 Dollars at the moment.Greetings PhilPS: You guys are a great community!
