Hi, just upgraded my system to an 8700K, 16 gigs of 3000MHz G.Skill RAM, and paired those with a MSI Gaming Pro Carbon motherboard.
My issue is that only 2.2 Gigs of the RAM is usable. The rest of it is "hardware reserved." Thinking it may be a BIOS issue, I flashed the BIOS to the newest available version. Still no dice. The RAM is compatible with the motherboard and I have the memory in the correct slots.
Please help.
