For some reason, Chrome has started downloading images as JPEG 8BIM Header (Mac) format for some reason. The drop down menu has only that extension as an option. What is Microsoft text input application?

There is a process in task manager named Microsoft text input application (WindowsInternal.ComposableShell.Experiences.TextInput.InputApp) I am not sure whether it is malicious or not, I'm pretty sure its not, but it doesn't have a digital signature. It's using hardly any resources (only 8 mb ram). It is located at C:\Windows\SystemApps\InputApp_cw5n1h2txyewy. I tried using proccess explorer but it doesn't come up.
